What personal data we collect and why we collect it…

We do not collect personally identifiable visitor or user information.  There are lots of ways to make money these days, selling your data isn’t one of them.

If data was collected during a website efficiency examination or a website optimization test, any personalized data is automatically cleansed before it is ever saved to our servers.  Any other data that may have been collected will be deleted within one (1) hour of the test’s completion. The final results appear to us as a generalized view of how healthy our website is running and what we can do to improve any future experiences that visitors, such as yourself, have when interacting with our site.

Contact forms…

If you reached out to us, we will contact you directly.  The information that you provide in any of our contact or quote forms will not be harvested and will not be used in conjunction with any of our marketing campaigns.  That being said, if you ask us to contact you regarding any of our products, services, or offerings, we are going to contact you.

Cookies…

If you visit our client page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

We don’t embed content from other websites, it’s tacky, we much prefer to create our own, original content.

Analytics…

Sigh, yes, like all other SMB’s, we use Google Analytics. (I know, face palm)

On the brightside, we’ve selected just the minimum amount of analytics collection.

Who we share your data with…

Absolutely no one. 

If you become a customer, we may use your corporate information to work with our partners to provide you with the products and services that meet your needs.  That being said, I. T. Pioneers, Inc. will not share that data without your consent.
